4 1/2 Stars! ~ Imagine, while beneath the ocean's surface, you spy a sight that can't possibly be real. That's what happened to Andrew, only he caught it on video and much to his surprise when he viewed the tape, he really had seen a mermaid! Lindsay is a woman afraid of being smothered, and Andrew's lifestyle as Governor is one of constant protection. You can't help but root for these two.
