Quite an interesting work that is no only about administration of a sport but traces its genesis in a region where it has achieved near cult status, and uses it as a mirror to achieve an incisive reflection of the country's history, ethos and society. Valuable account that will not only interest cricket lovers with its fund of behind the scene activities of cricket administration in Pakistan and globally but also those keen on understanding Pakistan.
