I have to say that I enjoyed knowing the created world in this paranormal story. The dragon myths, humans, and the hierarchy in the created world is a perfect environment for intrigue of all kinds. It is a volatile world where anything can happen and with the right characters will be a hit. It is a world I would have love visiting again.
Unfortunately, the main characters in this story did not measure up. Although they started likable and lovable, they ended up a perfect example of passivity - an

I was a little surprised when this book didn't pick up further along in the timeline, but instead started over at the beginning and retold the story from the POV of the other couple.
An interesting concept, and actually fine with me in this case as it has been at least a year since I read the first book in this series.

I did enjoy this book/story more than the first, possibly because the rules of the universe were already established, and anything new was explained more clearly. Since this book

I really needed a bubble-gum read. You know, the type of book that requires little thought while providing a quick-paced, fun read. Lucky for me, this book provided exactly that. Thank you, Kindle freebies!

Lily has been feeling the effects of her townspeople since her parents died. She has always felt the effects of their superstition and it just got worse for her friend and her when they are left to themselves. They have to do what they can in order to survive. Lily is pale and the only color is her eyes and lips and her friend is the opposite. She is really surprised when she goes to save her friend

This book was very repetitive. I am not a hige fan of fantasy, but the ones I do read usually turn out great. This one however was just blah. It wasn't terrible, it just wwsnt great, and honestly it bordered on good. It had everything it should hqve, great characters, good romance, enough mystery to keep you guessing, but it lacked severley in answers. I mean, are they able to change the watchers treatment of women? Who is the rogue draconian and why does he want revenge? Is Aryana correct in ...more

was a good read, unfortunately i think its required that the first book be read because Warrior Lover was very confusing on several occasions there was also a lot of missing information i felt connected to the first book that i wasn't filled in on because it wasn't read. despite that i still felt it was a good story with likable characters and worth the read.

Blah. Very repetitive as in crisis, love scene, crisis, love scene... Seems like there was always some magic to fix whatever problem they faced and there were too many loose ends left over when the story abruptly ended.
