The author,Rosemary Barkes is a lifelong friend and this book comes at a needful time in my life as I deal with my dads dementia and inability to live with my mother and my mothers denial of the dementia due to some mild dementia she has developed. This is a quick read with supportive information reinforcing much of what is already knew. A good book for a baby boomer to own and pass around among family and friends.
