Now that I've finished the series I feel as if I can finally sit down and write a review on it.

These volumes are relatively quick reads - taking only an hour or two at most for me to go through them. Takeru is, man.. he makes me so frustrated but I completely "get" Kayano's fascination with him. He's mysterious, brooding, sexy, fun and frankly, could make me weak in the knees if I was around him.

GoodReads gives the following summary to the first Volume of the series:

When I first started this series, I thought this series was decent but not quite great. By the third or fourth volume, my mind changed. Although I must admit I was a little (I stress the little part) bit disappointed with part if the ending. Regardless, this has now become a favorite manga series.

A Shoujo/Shojo (drama/romance) that really got me into the two main characters. A punk boy with a chip on his shoulder and the girl who works hard to please those around her. As their relationship deep...more
I have mixed feelings about this series. As a whole, I loved it. The situations were entertaining. Plus, Takeru and Kayano were a super cute couple. However, I didn't really like the end. I can't believe(view spoiler)...more
Confessing to the person you like is never easy, having the attention seeking Edogawa Tekeru know who you like is even worse. Kayano thought high school was going to be hard enough but take on running errands for Takeru and it is almost unbearable especially when their parents are getting married and they have to move in with one another.

I loved the storyline development and growth of the characters. This is a series that I was really excited about reading. The romance does not start at the begi...more

I'm still not convinced that Takeru would have gone to Italy, especially for 5 years. That's a long time to live apart, even if you do see each other on holidays. I guess what's important is that in the end, Kayano and Takeru are happy and together, however long that took.

Overall, I enjoyed this series, though I can't say it's been one of my favorites over the years. Though I was invested in Kayano and Takeru, I found it hard to really care about any of the other characters. In the end, I just d...more
