I read this book about Mindfulness in order to get into the MBSR method. It’s an easy read which I think remains rather on the surface (which is not surprising because it’s just a small book) I bought it also because there is a cd included and because there is an 8 week plan on how to get better at Mindfulness. I prefer the voice of Jon Kabat-Zinn to the German voice on the CD, but it might be helpful anyway because there are a few excercises mentioned that I like.
