This book brings back Billy and his ghost, the 14 year old who crashed his father's car and catapulted himself into haunting his homestead, and Billy.

Read it and is very entertaining. Even if the reading level is low it can be enjoyed by and age. Read it and go along with the mischievous things that Billy and Hoover do.
