Recommends it for: People who love Victoria
This is a beautiful book written about Victoria, BC, Canada (my hometown). I have to say, I've flipped through it multiple times in different book stores just to look at the charming and gorgeous pictures by Robert Amos. Each one is such a great illustration of what Victoria is like. He captures the quaint, wild, idyllic, beautiful, and charming parts of Victoria with his paintbrush.
The musings by Anny Scoones are a nice companion, but I really enjoyed the book for the art, not the observations
