This book was about our nation's 35th president. John F. Kennedy (also known as Jack) was born on May 29, 1917. He was the 2nd of a children born to Rose Fitzgerald (Daughter of Boston's Mayor) and Joseph Kennedy (a self made millionaire). John was not a very good student and athlete when he was young. His dad always in eldest son, Joe Jr. to be president. But then world war 2 broke out and Joe Jr. died in combat. So now it was up to John to fulfill his father's dream. John F.
