Eric & Carol are the pioneers in the field of human relations in education. Their views are supported with longitudinal research that took place at Nottingham University with teachers taking professional development courses, and they have supported their ideas with references, and real hands on experiences... Truly experiential-learning based for progressive educators. A must must read for all teachers & educators who want to be more effective in the staff room & in the classroom!
