Easy to read social media primer! I didn't learn anything new, but there were lots of good reminders. I especially enjoyed the section on testimonials, and also that Josh makes the case that face-to-face marketing produces the best results. He talks about his experience knocking on nearly every door in his community, which you might not expect in a social media book.
