I adore Mary Ann Esposito - real Italian cooking, nothing too complicated or over the top, but absolutely delicious! She provides great glimpses into the culture with stories of the region she's providing a recipe from. A cookbook you can read and learn from (and not just recipes).

I actually went to a book signing/demonstration when this book was released and was lucky enough to be the one attendee selected to get up on her cooking stage to prepare a meal with her. Fun!!!
