I wrote this, but it only gets 4 stars as I know I could write it better now! It is raw, but I think that is what makes it the more believable. I have moved on from this now, but there is a better version of the same book available- with positive updates: 'Body Dysmorphic Disorder, a memoir'

It was good but lacked something. You truly felt how low he got, but I kept craving something more than what he offered. It kept my interest though.
