This really is a great book for anyone from first-time juicers to experienced.
I love that the author takes you step by step and tells you everything you want to know about the benefits and how to of juicing.
The recipes I’m here are simple and the ones I sampled for myself were delicious and gave me the energy I wanted without the crash from caffeine and sugar.
I loved the way the recipes were color categorized, this made it super simple to find exactly what you were looking for.

Beautiful book. The pictures alone made me want to go on a smoothie binge. The recipes seem easy and delicious with commonly found ingredients (except for a few items like dandelion greens and pickled plums). Most of the smoothie recipes serve one or two which was the deciding factor in buying the book. The other smoothie recipe books I considered had recipes that yielded two quarts. However, if you don't have both a juicer and a good blender that will grind ice, half the book will be useless. I ...more

Being one who juices on a regular basis, I was curious about this book. And, as a recipe book it's great. There are tons of juice and smoothie recipes. There were many fruit and vegetable combinations that were new to me and I appreciated that. The author also includes a chapter with juice recipes that are focused on specific health issues.

One thing I would have appreciated was an index. It would be nice to look up a recipe by specific fruit or vegetable. Still, it's a book that is loaded with r
