A new girl moves to DJ's neighbourhood and proves to be quite helpful to him. He's weeding his mother's garden to put himself back in her good graces after an earlier accident. Samantha, "Sam", the new girl, points out that he's pulling out more flowers than weeds, but suggests that he replant what he has accidentally pulled. Simple little story for young readers. DJ accidentally sells the wrong box of jewelry and has to sacrifice his skateboard to get it back. There is nothing really special about the story, but children would probably relate well to it.
