I thought this book was a great on general education on your overall health. The textbook describes wellness to be split into different dimensions of wellness including: Social, Spiritual, Physical, Occupational, Environmental, Emotional, and Intellectual. It has lots of tidbits of information that are helpful but if you have taken a health course you will know a lot of this material so skim the reading until you reach a new subject then read through it.

The book is more focused on physical well
