Dr. Whitelaw has done some amazing things in her life. She holds a 5th degree black belt in Aikido, she is a Zen priest, she worked for NASA. She has some amazing insights in how people work and she has put them into some easy to understand categories. I have not yet finished this book, but what I have read so far has been inspiring and has helped me to see myself more clearly.
