God's Eye introduces us to Katherine Geryon, a woman who has lived what some would call an easy life. Growing up in an affluent family with a controlling and emotionally absent father and a mother who taught her that appearances are everything, Katherine simply floated through life, turning a blind eye to what she did not want to see and letting all of her decisions be made by others. Working in her father's company, she was viewed with envy and distrust by most people and she never put forth th ...more

I can't believe she's done it again. This is the third book by Scudiere that I've read/listened to the audiomovie and each one is so profoundly different and unique that it's amazing. There are a number of authors that I've read multiple books by and sometimes I can only read so many as they start to sound like the same story re-written with a little difference here or there. John Saul, who I read a lot of in my early teenage years, is a classic example of this writing style. Somehow Scudiere ma ...more

My thoughts...

This is one intense and deeply provocative book.

I was caught up in this story immediately. This war that the three main characters were waging with each other and unknown forces was captivating.
More elaborate thoughts…a few days after I finished this book…
This is a fascinating…a totally fascinating concept. Katharine and Zachary and Allistair … the main and most important characters…were all involved with each other. Zachary and Allistair were not of this world. Both want Katherine

My Synopsis: Katharine Geryon was born into wealth and position. Her father runs Geryon & Light, an investment company, which she will be expected to take over when he retires. Her mother ensured that Katharine knew all the proper social protocols and deportments for her station. Katharine has always done as expected, done as she has been asked, and just coast

I hope you downloaded this book when it was offered as a free read on Amazon. No? It's still under 2 on Kindle, so I suggest you buy it, because God's Eye is amazing.

Not for the faint-hearted or impatient readers, this is a slow, fascinating unravelling of one woman, who is forced to question everything she lives for and finds herself wanting.

There is an angel and a demon in her life battling for her soul, but like me you would never guess who is who. You are consta

Gods Eye is a romance thriller between three people. Katherine is a human woman who get wrapped up in two men name Alistair and Zachary. Katherine has to choose which man is best for her. Ultimately, the choices she makes seem to be good at the time, because she isn’t thinking about the long-term affects. The choice don't seem as easy as she thought it would be, because she's never had to make her own choices in her life before. She's had a good life! Her family has taken care of her and provide ...more

This book is hot and steamy in a very good way. You probably wouldn't guess that from the cover, but you might from the summary. The cover looks like a scary paranormal book, while the summary reads almost like a romance novel. Combine the two, and it pretty much describes the book, but in the way you would describe the sun as being a hot place to visit.

This is a story about good versus evil, but you don't really know who is the good guy and who is the bad guy until right near the end. Like real

This is not the genre I typically read, but the teaser in "Shelf Awareness" was so compelling I requested a galley and I am so glad I did, and so grateful to have received one.

The premise is as ancient as humanity- Good versus Evil and Man's imperfect ability to tell the difference much less choose between them.

In the globally metaphorical sense, Katharine Geryon is "Everyman". Allistair and Zachary are the Demon and Angel battling for her in just the latest round of an ongoing primordial battle

This is the first book I have read by AJ Scudiere but it will not be my last. I am actually anxious to go back and read the ones I have missed already! God’s Eye is a stand alone novel about a woman who is caught in a battle between an Angle and a Demon. What I love the most about the story is that I don’t see it as a struggle between heaven and Hell, I see it as a story about a woman trying to make a choice about who she is and what, if anything, she stands for. I loved that you don’t know who ...more

Ok, so, I have all these stuff in my mind and it’s really hard to get them in order right now, but maybe if I write it down it will be easy. Just like those movies where everything is messed up, but everything turns out alright in the end, or maybe not. I’m babbling, sorry, I do that sometimes *always* and things get really crazy, really fast.
Focus! I need to focus!
Ok, I think I got it.

With her choice being the ultimate prize they wage war on the battlefield of her heart. In the meantime Katherine undergoes some of the most horrific manifestations she's ever seen and begins to think she's losing her mind.

There are many people who believe that there is both good and evil in this world. It seems like a lot of the time, there is a lot more evil going on then good! Most of the time I like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt and always get burned. So it's always fun to jump into a book about good and evil. If you are reading and inside the book, you don't have to worry about the evils in the real world.

I am a firm believer that everyone should read. It's not the popular thing anymore since tech

God’s Eye by A.J. Scudiere is truly unlike anything that I have read before. It is a “Good vs. Evil” fight for one innocent and unknowing woman’s soul. Though I have read a large amount of paranormal and “Good vs. Evil” types of books, God’s Eye is told in a creative and very unique way.

AJ Scudiere certainly has done it again! This is the adult, thrilling, can't stop reading, angel vs. demon novel. As a reader I really connected with the characters. I pulled for the two men in Katharine's life because through twists and turns you can't be sure which is from heaven and which is from hell! This author hits a home run every time!

God's Eye is a story of romance, mystery and my fave genre fantasy. I loved the story as soon as I started reading it. The main character is well developed and the storyline is well thought out. Katherine Geryon has lived a silver spoon life. Growing up in a wealthy family with an emotionally absent father and a vain mother. When unexplained phenomenon begin happening in her home, she finally wakes up to the real world. When 2 men capture her attention she has to choose and that choice may cost ...more

This is a story about good versus evil, but you don't really know who is the good guy and who is the bad guy until right near the end. Like real life, your choices aren't clear. I loved that you could pick your side without really knowing if you were choosing good or evil until it was too late. Who did I choose? Allistair with his hot office sex ways. Did I choose good or evil? You'll have to read the book and find out.

I did mention it was steamy, right? There is quite a bit of sex, and a bit of
Had I truly known more about God's Eye, I would not have read it. First, it was very dark and downright scary in some places. I can do creepy and have done it many times. The difference is that I knew I was going to the dark side. I did not come across that tidbit when I decided to read it. So I am telling potential readers upfront -- this is no paranormal romance about angels and demons. To be honest, I am not sure what it is, horror and mystery for sure but it's not being marketed that way.

Katharine comes from upper society, but her life is not as easy as most think. She is the daughter of a rich investor that just goes through the hoops of work to please her dad without ever deciding for herself what she would like. Then strange animals and soot stains appear in her perfect apartment. Things get stranger when a new co-worker that she is training starts hitting on her and her new neighbor makes her feel wanton.

What she doesn’t know is that one is an angel and another is a demon tr

Caught between two men, her brand new heaven-sent assistant, Allistair and her brand new devilishly handsome boyfriend, Zachary, Katherine has become caught between their struggle to win her heart.......OK, OK, I'll stop with the play on words, LOL.

Seriously! This book is about light and dark, good vs. evil with a touch of whodunnit. Our heroine, Katherine, is a pampered princess and company girl. Seeing her company is also the family biz, she is all about the job. She's been born and raised in

3 stars/Fiction; Paranormal

God's Eye is an interesting book. Part romance mixed with a degree of horror and mystery made for a story unlike anything I typically read.

I was sucked in from the beginning as Katherine starts receiving cryptic messages and we are introduced to both Zachary and Allistair. Presented in a well paced manner, the suspense is intriguing without being overly confusing. The way the author dangled the details of the story out front, I felt like a cat chasing a string that was

It’s AJ’s world. A strange place where patterns jump out and catch the eye, very little is missed, and most of it can be recalled with a deep breath.
