Jim is a great presentation coach. He gave out copies of his book after a session on public speaking and presentations. It's a great reference to keep coming back to before big public appearances.

Practical and sensible pointers, most chapters end with top ten tips and gotchas, and the author does a good job not only revealing how to speak like a leader, but also how to act like one.
