A must-read for a brand managers or members of the corporate world alike. It offers comprhensive tools for any org. seeking differentiation in an increasingly complicated marketplace.
I read this book for a project at work. It is a step by step how-to guide on how to create brand and communicate it to employees at every level. Highly recommended if you want or need this type of info.
