Highly technical with detailed info. If you're doing a 1031, this book is a useful reference, but you'll want legal counsel for many of the issues that may arise. Missing out on the 1031 structure when you think you're getting the tax benefits is a risk too great to skimp on needed advisors. This, coming from a non-lawyer.
