I thought this book seemed kind of "old fashioned" (the recipes look like something out of a junior league or local country cookbook), and then I noticed it was written in 1998, which isn't really that long ago. I think the "blogosphere" has really made people up their game as far as writing recipes. But this book was recommended in another book I read, so I know the author is respected and referred-to. This is one of the best raw food recipe books I have found. It makes it all easy. I have tried the Avacado Dill Dressing which makes a creamy dressing that works as a replacement for the very UNHEALTHY ranch dressing we all love. It is very easy to make. I am sprouting almonds to try her Cheesecake recipe! Yum!
