A complete book on fitness and nutrition for men. This book is designed to combine cardio, resistance training, and meal planning; mixing these elements together to achieve perfect fitness.
I would recommend reading this book , but not for the fitness program. Rather, to understand that 90% of the work of 'staying fit' is mental. Frank Sepe does a fantastic job of relating this concept.
