Very brief guide to becoming a better listener. I have a big problem listening to other people. The steps and information in this book will surely help me get on the right track. So I can have better conversations with everyone I come in contact with.
More a pamphlet than a book, it has some useful direct advice for managers on how to improve their listening skills. Would make a very good handout during management training or as an HR resource when someone will have direct reports or has an issue as indicated in performance reviews.
