Truehobbit
The first volume of this story, which I'd liked very much, left off with a number of plot lines still unresolved. However, it seems that May didn't have enough material to fill three volumes but realised that you can't have just two - three looks so much better (cf a certain movie director currently working on The Hobbit...) - so he filled volume two with a series of stories that are mostly quite unrelated to the main story, apart from having some main characters in common, so the whole book see...more
