This is an awesome book for those on a serious spiritual path! If you are just playing around, trying every different thing that comes along, then it probably isn't for you. But if you are ready to finally commit to the inner path through meditation, I think you will LOVE this book!

By far, one if the BEST spiritual books I've ever read. It sang to my soul. Chit apparently means consciousness in Sanskrit. Funny title!

The style of writing was very easy to read and understand and it was like nectar to my heart. You could also just open it up to any page and get some inspiration for that day.

In the introduction, the author writes:
