This is simply one of the better HR books I've read. It's thought provoking and asks you to take a look at what you are doing through a very different perspective and that is challenging. It's also a very readable book considering the data, survey information, etc., that is included. They do a really nice job of blending the survey data with real world examples.

I'm going to work with my team in 2013 to have this as required reading and discussion.
