If you follow his blog, or any paleo blog - this will be very familiar - but if you're new to paleo, it's a good intro!

I'd actually say 3.5 stars, it really depends on the audience.

This isn't a book to read if you are skeptical or know nothing about the Paleo diet. It's a fast read, but it it very much a 10,000 ft view of why the Paleo diet and lifestyle is the way to go for maximal health and fat loss.

However, if you've already read a more in-depth book, are curious about the details of Paleo, or have already read either Robb Wolf's book or Mark Sisson's book, this is an excellent next step. I would highly su

A reasonably good book on approximating a paleo diet/lifestyle. I would say there are better books than this: Primal Blueprint by Mark Sisson, Ray Audette's Neanderthin or Robb Wolf's Paleo Solution. This is considerably cheaper than any of them(at least the Kindle version is)
