I am loving this book, but then, I love nearly everything that Stephanie writes. As an experienced psychotherapist, she has a great understanding of the modern psyche and as a deeply spiritual person, she expresses a lovely sense of grace and love in her writing. I'm clearly a fan. As in her previous books, she has a clear and calm expressive style and her words are like a balm to heal anxiety and doubt. I think she is a very gifted spiritual writer. Quiet, straight-forward, simple and encouraging wisdom for living. The short cuts named are really in the length of time each article takes to read - a few minutes of focus for each day, then go live it, come back in the evening and reflect on how it went.
