Sarah rated it 3 of 5 stars
A good book about basic stress management. It reads a little like a motivational speech at times, which grated on me a bit but overall, I think the author does a good job at explaining stress/burnout and providing strategies to help address these issues.
Abigail (Abbe)
This is a very basic therapy book. Read this book if you cannot afford therapy to overcome anxiety. I am learning the same techniques and the rest is just a common sense book.
