This is a beautiful book in every way. Comprised of Lowitz's poems on The Buddha's Six Perfections and illustrations by Japanese artist Akiko Tanimoto, it is both a work of art and a guidebook for living real life. Its design and production make it not just a joy to look at and read, but to hold in your hands - fitting for a book that closes the imaginary gap between the physical and the spiritual.

Alone and out of context, some of the poems might seem didactic, more like sermons or admonitions -
