This book is an easy read for beginning readers. It is an informational text that is easy for students to relate to. I would use this book when teaching a science lesson on seasons and/or animals. Students could also relate this book to animals they see in their environments at home during various seasons.

This book does an adequate job of introducing some of the animals that change their habits in the fall. I just wish there were brighter pictures, and a happier format to hold little ones attention.

I found it a little dull so I am sure little ones would too!

This extremely simple book might be a good choice for a one-year-old. Emerging readers, the intended audience I believe, will find it inane.
