Wow!!! I thought reading this book around Holloween would be appropriate. Was I ever right!!! A classic and with good reason. The very first chapters are a bit slow but once the story line gets going, no movie could, would, or has ever done it justice!!! If, like me, you and enjoy a great thriller, amazing story line, good character development and unparallel writing, all I can say is: What are you waiting for? Read it! It will be time well spent!
I was curious if they'd deal with the frame of the story but they don't do much with it. It's also rather text-heavy (even for the CI comics) with small panels. Don't know if that was due to publishing constraints, but I felt like they could've done a more dramatic job showing rather than telling.
