I am not Jewish, but we do have a few dairy allergies in my family. This book is a fantastic resource for any family with dairy allergies. If a product is marked "Parve" it is kosher, and that means it contains no dairy and is safe for Passover. If you have dairy allergies, this is a boon for you! And yes, if you do not have dairy allergies in your family, but have gluten problems, there are recipes in here for you too!
