Very practical if you are employed and work with people. Great advice on dealing with micro-managing bosses. I have had 2 in my career and not only is it stressful but it can cause problems with expressing creativity. My recent encounter with a micro-manager caused me to fall behind in work, and miss important deadlines. This book is a good read for anyone who is employed.
