I was curious to learn more about the Hamptons. I've signed up to run a race there in the fall and wanted to know more about the history of the area. It is a place I know is well-known but not sure what there is to know about it. This book gave me some great background about the Hamptons history, people, geography and more. It really gave me a much better understanding and appreciation.

A little boring, but the perfect book to read chapter by chapter and pick up when its convenient. Either way, I still recommend.
