Armand is a fallen angel who's mission on earth is the assassinate presidential candidate Maximilian Blackstone but things go horribly wrong when his partner Baruch is shot and taken by the society to be harvested. In order to save his friend and complete his mission so he may rejoin his fellow angels in heaven, Armand will need to work with the very wraith responsible for the situation he is in. What kind of creatures were the people who could do this, who could document this abomination, who could even stand in this hall of horrors? If this was humanity, what was the point of saving them? They were all lost souls already, these people who...more
