Macro stuff can be really intimidating, but it almost always hits the spot and makes you feel fantastic. That said, this book is cheaply done and includes no pictures. The layout is weird and seems to involve a lot of sides instead of main dishes, but almost everything I've made out of it has been a hit with both me and my skeptical yet tolerant spouse.
Good recipes for macrobiotics. A little more creativity than seen in traditional macro recipes.
