“Mediocre Me” is a potentially life-changing book with enormous application to current and ongoing events in today's society. Excellent read - while some points were obvious, the author "calls it like it is" - may be some harsh truths for some readers, but an excellent book for everyone! And while this book is geared towards leaders, it has excellent points for everyone, not just those wishing to be better leaders, or aspiring to be leaders. And it may make you realize you are already a leader, but perhaps you have just never thought of yourself in that way.

I'm a fan of Michel's blog and some of the writing I've seen there and so I really wanted to like this book a lot, but I found myself looking for more and feeling a bit disappointed.

Parts of the book are good, but much of it is retreads well covered ground without adding much insight or new content.
