I love a good team up comic story and am a big fan of the movies of Sam Rami, so this comic was a must buy.
A cursed book has unleashed the forces of evil upon a city. When his ex-girlfriend is possessed, the mysterious hero, Darkman becomes involved.
The magic unleashed also summons AShley J Williamson, S-mart employee of the month, chosen one and generally kicker of undead ass.
ASh and Darkman have to learn to work together to the city, the women they love and possibly the world...more

"raimi icons as deadite whoopin tag team"

i felt that this had so much promise and i had looked forward to it so much, that in the end, it wasn't able to live up to what i wanted. it just felt way too short and the spirit of either character's on screen attitude were captured great. it was still rather entertaining and great to see darkman whoopin some butt. also, was somewhat disappointed with busiek's writing. have read much of the dark horse's busiek written conan ser...more

A surprisingly entertaining crossover of Sam Raimi's two biggest big screen heroes. There's a lot of laughter to be had here and a lot of good old demon killin'! It's not as good as the Ash/Marvel Zombies cross over, but it's pretty good.
