Yay!!!!! More Pretty Little Liars! And don't you fear, the second book did not disappoint. But, unfortunately, the first one was better, but only a teensy bit. This book had its crazy OMG moments, and the amazing ending. The girls stories really grew crazier and bigger. Thinking back on each of the girls parents, I am just like, those parents are the worst!! I mean, Emily's mom is okay, but she is racist, annddddd she gets SO disapproving and mean when Emily says she wants to quit swimming.

An eye for an eye and the whole world goes blind.
Remember I said I liked Toby? I don't anymore, actually. He was sweet and cute but I now know what he did and... No.
When I think of Aria, Emily Spencer and Hanna I see 4 train wrecks. They are all derailing so fast it's making my head spin.
Bring on the next one!

Previously in the Pretty Little Liars series, Aria, Spencer, Hannah, and Emily are being black mailed for all their dirty little secrets. But who’s the mastermind behind this plot to destroy their pretty little lives... “A”. The pretty little liars have done what ever it’ll take to keep “A” quite from spilling all of their deceitful and harsh lies. Currently in the Pretty Little Liars book 2#, Aria, Spencer, Hannah and Emily are still receiving mysterious text messages about the girls persona

Personally, I think Flawless by Sara Shepard was not as interesting as the first book of this series. Except, I still really enjoyed reading this book and would rate it four out of five stars. Emily Fields, Aria Montgomery, Spencer Hastings and Hanna Marin all are best friends ever since Alison Dilaurentis brought them together, but they were not as close for about a year after Alison's death. During this story, Hanna Marin has family problems since her mom and dad had a divorce and now her dad

As intricate as the first, Flawless once again revisits the complicate and secretive lives of Aria, Hanna, Emily and Spencer, To be honest, I'm not sure I liked this one as much as the first, because there has been very little change and nothing seems resolved. I am getting a little annoyed with the reaction of EVERY adult in this book- it seems if you're over the age of 18, you're harsh, cruel and unforgiving. Maybe one of the girl's parents would react so negatively, but every single adult who

This book really irked me, but I still fell in love with it. It's overflowing with drama, which is usually not my taste, but it's intriguing and grabs hold of you and will never let go.
It was obvious Toby was not A, and I was a little charmed when he helped Emily, but of course his secret ruined everything for him. I feel just as conflicted about Emily as Emily is with herself. I'm not sure if she's a favorite or somebody that's just there.

To re-recap, Sara Shepard’s Pretty Little Liars series is about a group of girls who used to be friends, until Alison DiLaurentis went missing. The Hanna, Spencer, Aria, Emily, and Ali already had a strained relationship, but when Alison disappeared, so did all the things that kept them together. Years later, out of the blue, the girls begin receiving messages from someone calling themselves A. Somehow A seems to know all their secrets, things that they di More...

I’m sure we’ve all gotten texts from unknown numbers, and E-mails from unknown addresses but never quite like ex- best friends; Aria Montgomery, Hanna Marin, Spencer Hastings or Emily Fields. In Sara Shepard’s Flawless, book two of the “Pretty Little Liars” series, the torture continues. Four girls in Rosewood Pennsylvania are being blackmailed by somebody who goes by “A”, At first they thought A was their best friend Ali who went missing three years ago, until her body is found. In this book, S

I picked this book because I read the first one and found it to be a very good and interesting story. It left me at a cliff hanger and I just had to know what happened next. Some things that I liked about this book were its suspenseful moments but at the same time it had its girly moments as well. I've always liked to read these kind of series books about teenage girls and I also love mystery/horror so this book was a great fit. Some things that I didn't like about this book was the fact that it

'A' keeps sending mysterious messages to Spencer, Emily, Aria, and Hanna.
I like this series but I think the first book was better than this one. The books are similar and it just makes me want to know the real story. It feels like the story is dragging on and I'm not sure how Sara Shepard will continue with these books. I do like the story though, it's very unique.

I am waiting for tomorrow to come because the libraries are closed for today and I need to get the next book in a series...
And that series happens to be Pretty Little Liars
Yes, you heard me right. Pretty Little Liars. I'm a good little Christian girl so I never pictured myself enjoying it. But I had nothing to read so I picked it up. To be honest I wasn't expecting. Most 'mainstream' book like that never ceased to amaze me with their suckiness. But this book didn't.

Reading the first book of the Pretty Little Liars series was something that I just had to continue reading. The four girls, Aria, Hannah, Spencer, and Emily are closer than ever and are eager to find out who “A” is. “A” is a mysterious stalker who apparently knows who killed their best friend Alison and also knows all of their secrets that no one but Alison had known. Suddenly a new number is added to the equation, Toby Cavannah. Toby is Jenna’s stepbrother. Could Toby be the killer or is it Jen

The Pretty Little Liars series are my personal guilty pleasure. You hate that you love it sort of book. It has all the things you enjoy for a guilty pleasure-death, good looking rich kids, expensive clothing, always-away-parents and a mysterious character. I'm a bit naughty and checked out the last book and found out who A really is. (A is referring to the mysterious person who writes taunting letters to the four main girls) and now that i'm reading it from the start, you totally WILL NOT EXPECT

Flawless by Sara Shepard begins where Pretty Little Liars ends, at Alison DiLaurentis’ funeral. Emily, Spencer, Aria and Hanna are still being taunted by the mysterious –A, who knows more about them than they thought.
Hanna Marin continues to struggle with her bulimia and has been getting more attention from her father than she ever had since she started stealing and crashed her ex-boyfriend’s car. But it’s a battle to keep her father’s attention while his stepdaughter tries to tear them More...

“Flawless” is the second book of the Pretty Little Liars series. A thrilling continuation to the first book of the series, the series revolves around four girls named Hannah, Aria, Spencer and Emily. As they continue to try to maintain normal lives despite a couple years ago when one of their best friends, Ali mysteriously disappeared and is believed to be murdered. “A”, their stalker resumes blackmail against them with all of the secrets that they only told Ali, some things that were even kept

It was good. The plot advances somewhat. And I love the constant suspense, it's something you can't put down, but I was hoping for something a little different. Maybe a bit more on unreliable narrators that they briefly touched on. And I don't find the suspects they follow convincing enough to have done crimes that our protagonists accuse them of and since the novels follow pretty much that with many sub plots it isn't really at 'amazing'. But good nonetheless and I look forward to reading the

Flawless by Sara Shepard is one of those books you can’t put down. Many exciting things happen through out the entertaining book. By just reading the first page, you will get addicted to Sara Shpard’s words. She is very good with the choices of words. The words help you see what’s going on better.
In this book the setting takes place in many different places. One place is school that’s where everything happens from learning to falling in love. Another place is the woods, where all of More...

Not that that's a bad thing. I actually like it when the author makes the "whodunnit" a hard one to solve- it makes me more interested in the book. I picked up the 2nd volume of PLL after devouring the first one literally overnight, and ended up doing the same with this book.
This volume finds the fab four dealing with the aftermath of Ali's funeral and the follow-up with their own personal problems. Emily has found a new suitor to try to take her mind off of Maya, a new su More...

Kind of a let-down after the first one. "The" mysterious "Jenna Thing" is finally revealed, and right in the first chapter, which was much appreciated, but what "The Thing" turned out to be was a little disappointing. I mean, I can see why Ali wouldn't want anyone to know the truth, but why the rest of the girls thought they were responsible was a little hazy.
Additionally, while I appreciate that all of the girls have horrible families (frankly, I keep f More...

The second I finished reading the first book, I wanted the second one. I couldn't wait to devour it the same way I'd done with the first. However, everyone seems to be feeling the same way as me - the wait in the library was two weeks to get the book. When I finally did, I read half in one day - that first day. Then, I got swept up until last night/this morning when I read the second half.

The novel picks up from the very last scene that the first book stopped at. Spencer, Hanna, Aria, and Emily are at their former bestfriend's funeral...Ali DiLaurentis, who was the manipulative queen bee of the group. However, even though Ali's dead, the four girls are consistently getting e-mails, letters, and texts from someone named "A". This anonymous person knows deep dark secrets about each girl, and is now threatening and blackmailing them with this information.

Everything in Roosewood is getting worse and worse. A person called "A" is sending the four girls threatnening messages saying that if they tell, they will tell everyone about what they have done, and all their secrets won't be secrets anymore. Meanwhile, Aria is still crushing on her English teacher, Emily likes Maya, the new girl at school, Spencer's in love with her sister's boyfriend, and Hanna is trying some ugly tricks to become completley flawless. What will these girls do when
