The book, Five Point Touch Therapy by Pierre-Noel Delatte M.D. is a great guide to natural healing with the hands! All the inside guidance is seen through photos and text to what you'll use to heal and repair certain emotional feelings that you just can't get rid of and even just health problems that you have with your body. I am very impressed that these do work, which most I've tried for emotional issues such as being depressed and anxiety. Plus, what makes these different touch therapy ...more

Dr. Delatte's Five Point Touch Therapy is based on his theory that our health is a mirror of our thoughts and emotions. He believed that our attitudes determined life vitality. He determined that our bodies are receptive to our thinking, so that it is important to have positive thought to promote good health. read my full review
