The human race did its best to annihilate itself and certainly went out with a bang. Hundreds of nuclear devices and biological viruses have transformed the earth into a no man’s land. For the isolated moon survivors, biodiversity takes on a whole new meaning.

I'm not big fan of science fiction that takes place in another planet and I haven't read much of space opera but one I know, I really like this world created by Grant.

Its the end of the world as we know it, its the end of the world as we know it... and I feel fine *singing along* Friday, Dec 21st 2012 - the day the world ends, for good or for worse. My Thoughts: Very interesting story. I'm immersing myself in this author's universe because I'll be editing a book set by this author next week. In the meantime, I'll be reading his stories to gain a feel for his style and the ideas behind the story.

I enjoyed this. He has created a really interesting world here. The remnants of humanity linger on the moon, genetically alte

Original Strand is set in a distant future when Earth as we know it has ceased to exist. The only humans left are now restricted to a small base on the moon and a reduced lifestyle that leaves them a shadow of their ancestors. They have no hope of a better future, until one day a surprising discovery is made.

This story weaves an interesting tale that gives us a look at what happens when we forget who we are. Original Strand introduces characters that are intriguing and a world that leaves me cu
