Marisella is a kick ass kind of woman. She is an ex-gang member who does covert work for a company called Titan. Her sister, Belinda, has Asberger's syndrome and they are not close.

I am very biased toward Marisela and Frankie...I just lie them. That said, Dirty Little Christmas was a AWESOME story. I wish it was longer. Leto kept you guessing at every turn of the page. Frankie and Marisela is explosive, and I hope more print books come out for them. The only thing that got me were some formatting errors for some Spanish words and phrases. However, it didn't take me out of the story. I want to learn more about Belinda and how things are fairing for her and Marisela. I want...more
The third story in this edgy romantic suspense series from Julie Leto featuring a Latin heroine who kicks ass with the best of them in her career with a security company. She's a former gang member who got out of her old life by taking a severe beating. She's a survivor, and she's smart, tough and sexy. I love the characters in the series, and I'm rooting for Frankie and Marisela to end up together. You could read this as a stand alone but I recommend reading the entire sexy series.
Loved getting to go home again in the Dirty series! I absolutely love these characters and I hope that Ms. Leto will continue writing this series for a long, long time. The tension between Marisela and Frankie is AWESOME! I absolutely adore the supporting characters in this series as well especially Max!! Buy this book!!
part of a series, but this is the first book in it that i've read. a take-no-prisoners attitude works for the heroine, who sees her surprisingly pregnant sister kidnapped and her BFF injured before her very eyes. she gets her sister back in her own way, with the help of an work associate in disguise and an old flame.
While Christmas was somewhat pivotal to the plot, this didn't feel much like a holiday read to me. And there was little romance - more like lust and scratching itches. That all made it not over the top exciting, though really the story was fine and certainly suspenseful. I am likely to try another one or two books by this author at some point.
Not at all what I expected. What I expected was a hot steamy little book but what I got was much, much better. I can't wait for the next installment in Marisela's world. I love it! I hope her and Frankie finally figure their shit out. They are so good together. This book had nonstop action and was full of intensity. Great for a short read!
I love this series and this book was a great addition! I love that Marisela is tough and can hold her own in any situation, and of course things always get better when Frankie is involved! Definitely a page turner!!
I was so glad to see Julie Leto pick this series back up! Love these characters and can't wait for the 4th in the series in 2013!!
kind of a cute little story - doesn't really interest me in the rest of the series though.
I swear this series keeps getting better. Marisela is such a complex, funny woman who makes me smile. Frankie is her perfect match in so many ways. I was shocked at how this book started out with such a bang and ended on a sweet note. Looking forward to the next book!
