This book pretty much picked up where Over The Rainbow left off with Aidan, James and the gang in Dinas. James and Vivian are married as they had planned but Aidan discovered a hitch in the whole plan involving vows made to the spirits. This lead to Aidan calling on his mother and the old sorcerer Mal to help him figure out how to undo the binding by the spirits. This is building into an excellent series. Aidan is a very likeable character and he's learning a lot about himself so you're with him every step of the way. I loved the idea of (view spoiler) - it was definitely original. Now I just need to stop reading the name of the cat as Belize in my head!
I still really liked the story, although there wasn't much relationship building or romance in this one , it would be nice to have gotten James' POV every now and then because many times he really came off as an asshat. But all in all can't wait for the next one in the series
I really loved how the book was written. Very inventive and rich in details. The romance problem was different too and, I think, quite well handled. I totally enjoyed it! :)
What an excellent book! This series is fascinating and the characters are wonderful. So looking forward to Rick's book!

Ok so I still like the characters and the series but there were aspects of the book that are big issues for me so I couldn't really enjoy it.

Автора куда-то понесло из фентези, но по-прежнему миленько и простенько. Буду ждать третьей книги.

It all started at the tender age of 12 for Anna Marie May when she decided that she didn't like how her then favourite book ended. She re-wrote it for her own pleasure and has been writing ever since.
She lives in beautiful Ireland where stormy seas and unpredictable weather help her get into the right mood to create her stories.
