A good reference for the different types of postmarks used in the Gold Coast. Towns and villages are listed in alphabetical order, with appendices listing usage by type. The tables are a bit difficult to use, and I had to constantly refer to the front for examples of the types used. This is a good reference, but it isn't very user friendly and lacks even minimal contextualization. It would have been helpful if the postmarks had been grouped into town and village, traveling post offices, ...more
