"Bewitching" is a very good read. If you enjoy a good contemporary novel then I recommend picking up a copy of this book.

Hannah Marsh is an author of historical books. She travels to Boston to research Priscilla Marsh, an ancester that was hanged as a witch by the ruling of Judge Harling. From that point forward these two families stay as far away from each other as they can. The Marsh's moved to Maine and settled on what they called "Marsh Point". The Harling's stayed in Boston.

One of the things that romance readers usually love best is a good back and forth dialogue between the hero and the heroine. Bewitching is one of those stories with good dialogue that has you realizing the attraction between Hannah and Win without either of them having proclaimed it. Hannah Marsh and Win Harling tangle and meet and tangle again and it's fun to watch, er, I mean read.

Hannah gets into so much trouble "posing" as a Harling, her family's arch-enemies, that you shake your head and wo
One of those nights that it was difficult to fall asleep. This quick easy read was what the doctor ordered. Hadn't read a romance classic in years. They're still the same.
this is my first book by this author and I was pleasantly surprised and pulled in within the first chapter. I love the style of writing and it made for an easy interesting read. Loved the characters. Will be reading more from Carla Neggers.!
short, entertaining, fast paced - good read!
The Bonus book His Secret Agent by Beth Andrews was very good. First time I have read anything from this author. Dean is a PI but is pretending to be a bartender at the bar Allie owns. He is trying to find out if she knows where Lynne and her son are hiding out. Dean is having a very hard time not getting involved with Allie while trying to do his job. A very enjoyable fast paced read. I am going to see if Beth Andrews has written any other books.
Loved the storyline. Historian & reasercher in Maine goes to Boston for work on family history project & meets decendant of family nemesis & falls for him. Old uncles & false idenities are amusing. Not a fan of romances, so the love scenes were quickly skimmed over. Enjoyed the story overall.
