While reading Professionalism in Flip Flops, as a reader you get a great sense of how very transparent Ryan is through all 186 pages. The business lessons are great, but honestly I found the sections where Ryan dove into his own life just as compelling. Ryan jumps out of the pages at readers to have a conversation about being a twenty something and learning far more than most of us thought possible at that age. I received my book. Can't wait to start reading it.
This was a great little read. I loved the perspective and It really made me start thinking. I work in a law field which we don't make a product but in my other rolls it does help single things out.

A genuine and most importantly, an accurate young-professional's view on corporate America with a pinch of life. Kulp's book is a definite must-read even if your focus isn't on business. There are moments of wake-up calls where I'm thinking, 'Why am I not doing this?!' and other 'ah-ha!' ones. All of Kulp's personal experiences and examples are hilarious and/or sentimental which relate very well with the topic at hand.
