Well-written, useful, and helpful. I like how-to books that not only motivate you to make a change, but also offer a range of easy suggestions for getting started. I feel like I'm already leaning toward eating less processed food, but this book gives me some good ideas for how to move farther in that direction. (For example: Cook when you're bored, or feel like listening to the radio.) And "The All-Food Diet" is very easy to read; because it's short and to the point, with a good sense of humor.
