The Ten Breaths practice trains our brains to create new pathways to happiness by rewiring them so that patterns of happiness become habitual.
We can all benefit from more happiness. So take time to breathe. This can make all the difference. You release, and you become a free person. As a free person, you see that there are many ways to respond to the same event, not just one way. When we're able to produce the energy of love and compassion, happiness is there. This delightful little book gives the reader a simple breathing technique to practice that promotes focus, mindfulness, and happiness. Basically, all you have to do is slow down, breathe in and out slowly ten times, and think about the thing that's causing you happiness in the moment.
